Project Details

WGI provided a condition appraisal to identify existing conditions and future maintenance concerns for continued use of the structure. 

The garage’s structural evaluation identified some general maintenance and functional improvements that would enhance the safety and efficient use of the facility. Following concrete, waterproofing, and miscellaneous repair recommendations, the City implemented a restoration program including: 

  • Sealant and joint repair 
  • Deck coating reapplication 
  • Concrete repairs 
  • Façade panel repairs 

Additionally, the program addressed recommended life-safety enhancements including upgrades to the perimeter vehicular barriers and stairs.
