The Rankin Avenue Parking Deck, constructed in 1987, consists of split levels oriented in the north/south direction with ramps at each end of the structure. The deck has three levels (2 supported and one slab-on-grade) and provides parking for approximately 280 vehicles. The structural system utilizes precast, prestressed concrete construction. 

WGI completed a structural evaluation of the deck and outlined several issues impacting the durability of the structure. The repair program included precast concrete repairs (beams, tees, flanges), topping repairs, sealant, repairs, expansion joint replacement, and selective deck coating.
