Riley Towers Parking Structure

Client:
Barrett & Stokely
Market:
Parking
Location:
Indianapolis, Indiana

Project Details

Riley Towers, a 525-unit apartment complex comprising two 30-story towers and another 16-story building, was built in 1963 and boasts the tallest residential buildings in the state. The residential development was recently expanded. Fifty-four residential units were added, along with 4,100-square-feet of street-level retail.

A 48-year-old steel and concrete 450-space parking structure was demolished on site due to deterioration, and a new $6 million 450-space parking structure was built in its place. The project was built in three phases, including demolition and new construction.

WGI represented the owner’s interests, providing consultation, review and construction administration consulting.
