Project Details

WGI provided civil engineering services for the renovation and expansion of the San Antonio Country Club, supporting a coordinated program of building additions, interior improvements, and site enhancements while the club remained operational. The project included a new north entry lobby, porte-cochere, service elevator, and kitchen improvements encompassing approximately 4,200 SF on Level 1 and 3,300 SF on Level 2, along with associated improvements to the
entry parking and driveway. Additional Level 2 improvements included a 1,892-SF north loggia and event conference room, a 1,340-SF storage addition, a 2,400-SF office suite, a 120-SF staff restroom adjacent to the existing kitchen, and 1,875 SF of west-side storage space. Site work also included parking improvements near New Braunfels Avenue. WGI prepared civil construction documents for permitting, completed stormwater management analysis and reporting, developed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan documentation, and coordinated closely with the owner, architect, and multidisciplinary design team to support the club’s continued operations throughout project development.
