Scottsdale Crossing East

Scottsdale Crossing is a multi-phase, mixed-use development in Cedar Park, Texas, just northwest of Austin. The first project phase consists of two 20,000-square-foot and two 30,000-square-foot buildings (Buildings B, G, H, and J). WGI was responsible for the civil infrastructure design, including site planning, site utilities, site drainage, and a water quality and detention pond. After completing the site design, the permitting process included reviews submitted to the City of Cedar, TCEQ, and the local drainage review board. WGI knowledge and services were instrumental in bringing this development to market. Scottsdale Crossing is positioned to take advantage of the growing Cedar Park market and growth along the 183A toll road for this and its future phases.
