Under WGI’s continuing engineering services contract with the Town of Jupiter, this work order included engineering services for converting the existing T-intersection of A1A and Jupiter Beach Road to a single-lane roundabout. Additional improvements included signing and pavement marking, traffic calming devices, drainage improvements, and roadway and pedestrian lighting enhancements. All upgrades were closely coordinated with Palm Beach County and required the issuance of a Palm Beach County Land Development Permit for construction and use of the right-of-way (ROW).
