WGI performs monthly maintenance of the approximate 10-acre wetland mitigation area for the control of exotic and nuisance plant species according to South Florida Water Management District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Broward County Environmental Planning and Growth Management Department approved plans and regulations. WGI also provides annual wetland monitoring reports to the agencies to ensure compliance of the wetland mitigation area.
