WGI was retained by Mid-South Outlet Shops c/o Tanger Management Group to provide an expert assessment of the causes of leaks occurring at Tanger Outlet Mall — Southaven retail development and provide repair recommendations. WGI also reviewed all pertinent documentation of the retail development construction to assess the water infiltration’s causation.
