WGI performed a preliminary evaluation of the parking facilities on the campus of Ohio State University. The work included the assessment of the University garages’ surface lots.
The evaluation was performed during the due diligence period for a prospective buyer competing to win the Public-Private Partnership (P3) with the University. The work required reviewing existing reports, on-site field review, and development of 50-year capital repair and maintenance plans. The work required rapid turnaround to allow for client review and coordination and meet bidding deadlines.
