The School of Science and Technology (SST) – Brant Rock campus is located at 12801 Brant Rock Drive in Houston. SST will serve students in grades K-8. WGI was responsible for due diligence, civil engineering, site development permitting, and construction services. This 5.75-acre site consists of a two-story, 66,000-square-foot campus with surface parking, detention, and mitigation.
