WGI performed multifaceted land development services for a mixed-use facility with 175,000 square feet of commercial space including a Publix Supermarket, local retail shops, restaurants, and banks. WGI was responsible for all site civil work including design, construction observation and final certifications. Our services included the design of the water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, paving, and drainage systems. Design services also included off-site turn-lane improvements to Jog Road and Woolbright Road fronting the site.
WGI provided permitting and coordination services with the various governmental agencies, including the South Florida Water Management District and Palm Beach County.
