WGI provided site development services for this mixed-use facility located at the northeast corner of Jog Road and Lake Ida Road. The project contains 168,000 square feet of commercial space including a Publix Supermarket, local retail shops, restaurants and medical offices. WGI was responsible for all site civil work including the design, permitting, construction observation, and final certifications. Our services included the design and permitting of water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, paving, and drainage systems. Design services also included off-site turn-lane improvements to Jog Road and Lake Ida Road fronting the site. WGI provided permitting and coordination services with the various governmental agencies, including the South Florida Water Management District and Palm Beach County.
