The Waterford is part of Lifespace Communities, Inc., a not-for-profit, multistate system of senior living communities that currently serving more than 5,100 people. For more than 40 years, Lifespace has created beautiful spaces for seniors to thrive and celebrate life every day. The renovation and expansion of The Waterford in Juno Beach, Florida, brings this unique senior living community to the forefront of care and casual elegance.

This $200M expansion and renovation includes the addition of 92 Independent Living apartments and completing the full continuum of care through expanded healthcare offerings in assisted living and memory care. Going above and beyond the standards set by ordinary senior living, The Waterford
offers residents a new lease on life through the development of new active spaces and the re-imagination of existing facilities. Residents will be able to enjoy the renewed property regardless of health needs, with gardens catering to residents in the new Memory Care residences, accessible outdoor amenities, and substantial landscape enhancements. Our multidisciplinary approach to the project has allowed WGI to apply comprehensive solutions across the entire community putting resident experience first.
