WGI assisted the City of Grand Rapids Mobile GR and Parking Services with design development as they considered building a mixed-use parking structure adjacent to the Ottawa-Fulton parking structure. The Wedge development would connect to the existing Ottawa-Fulton parking structure, utilizing the existing ramping system for vertical circulation of vehicles. Planning also included future repurposing the parking floors to office use, multiple levels of office/residential atop the parking, and 10,900 square feet of retail space at street level along Fulton Street.
