WGI assisted the Seminole Tribe of Florida with developing and implementing a living document to define comprehensive design guidelines for vertical projects. This document will serve as a resource for design consultants working on Seminole Tribe of Florida projects and integrate consistency of project delivery across all project types. Eric managed all internal design disciplines and was responsible for project delivery. He also collaborated with the various groups and management staff at the Seminole Tribe of Florida to gather and correlate data appropriately into a concise document for easy viewing. The effort included retaining and documenting all information through various stakeholder meetings and correspondence, formatting the document to portray the procedural, design, and construction requirements for working with the Tribe, and completing a formal living guidelines document able to be updated and modified for future demands. This document will serve the Seminole Tribe of Florida as the basis for all vertical design work, including general information, high-performance design and construction initiatives, and project type-specific guidelines for medical, educational, safety and emergency, administration, commercial, industrial, recreational, and cultural building types. The project was broken down and executed into three different tasks, including an initial assignment to gather data and manage preliminary stakeholder feedback, followed by subsequent tasks to refine data into a draft matrix and needs assessment document, and ultimately distilled into a final deliverable document.
