Two Wells Fargo Parking Structure

Project Details

WGI, performed an onsite engineering assessment of the parking structure including visual observations, hammers sounding, and chain dragging to determine items of deterioration, cracking, concrete spalls of structural elements and failed or damaged waterproofing items. A number of issues impacting the durability of the structure were outlined, including immediate repairs, preventative maintenance, and optional improvements. WGI developed design documents and is providing construction administration services for the recommended repairs, including: 

  • Concrete spalling repairs 
  • Traffic-bearing membrane recoat 
  • Penetrating sealer installation
