WGI provided a condition assessment of the Euclid Avenue and Regent Drive Parking Structures on the University of Colorado campus. Both structures were in good condition, given the age and exposure to the harsh climate. There were some exceptions, however, due to deficient waterproofing protection and isolated areas of deterioration.
WGI provided a condition assessment of the structures and provided recommendations for repair. These included concrete repairs, epoxy injection, expansion joint replacement, mechanical and electrical maintenance items, and trip hazards removal.
Euclid Avenue Autopark, constructed in 1992, provides parking for 506 vehicles. It is a cast-in-place concrete structure with a one-way post-tensioned slab system supported by beams and columns.
Regent Drive Autopark provides parking for 850 vehicles on four supported levels and one slab-on-grade. The construction is precast double-tees with cast-in-place topping supported by precast beams and columns.
