University of Michigan Catherine Street Parking Structure

WGI provided a detailed evaluation to confirm the work scope proposed by other firms. The survey included visual observations and a chain drag in determining levels of deterioration and providing repair recommendations. Deteriorated concrete slabs, beams, columns, and walls were observed. Construction documents were completed based on our observations and scope provided by the University.
