WGI provided a field survey of the top and undersides of all levels to locate and quantify deterioration, and to confirm the work scope proposed by other firms. The survey included visual observations and a chain drag to determine levels of deterioration and provide repair recommendations. Cracks parallel to the flange joints in the concrete topping were noted throughout the structure. In addition, delaminated/debonded concrete topping and washes, beam, column and wall delaminations, and failed sealants at existing cracks were observed.
