University Park - Florida Atlantic University

University Park is a privately funded dormitory for students of Florida Atlantic University, located just off its Boca Raton campus. Working closely with the client and the design team, the site developed into a modern, attractive, and amenity filled alternative housing choice for students – the first of its kind in South Florida.

After finalizing the site plan, the team designed outdoor amenity spaces that included a central courtyard area with a zero-entry pool, a bar and grill, cabana structures, water and fire features, a grand lawn, and a pergola with hanging hammocks. Modern materials and design themes carried throughout the outdoor spaces to enhance the contemporary aesthetic style.
