Van Andel Arena is a 13,000-seat multi-purpose arena and home to the Grand Rapids Griffins ice hockey team. Located adjacent to Van Andel Arena, the 794-space parking structure provides convenient parking for arena patrons and monthly parkers in a developing downtown area known as the Heartside District. The City of Grand Rapids’ Parking Services offices are located at grade level. A landscaped plaza accommodates pedestrian movement to and from the arena.
This parking structure received an Honorable Mention Design Award from the International Parking Institute.

• Precast concrete façade panels accented with reveal patterns and brick masonry
