WGI was commissioned by Hannay Realty Advisors to conduct a parking demand evaluation for Warner Courtyards, a Class A, 114,000 square-foot office building located in Tempe, Arizona. The site offers approximately 733 surface parking spaces.
The parking demand evaluation determined if sufficient parking was available to support near-term parking demands.
Scope of Services:
• Review existing parking conditions
• Review current land uses and associated parking characteristics for the property
• Develop a parking demand model estimating property demands
• Review potential demand reduction opportunities, including alternative modes of transportation, captive market, code reductions, shared parking opportunities, etc.
• Determine estimated typical peak parking demands for the property
