WGI provided functional design, structural engineering, and production architecture for a 939-space parking structure at a new store on 12 acres of land in Columbia, Maryland.
The 160,000 square-foot two-story supermarket — nearly triple the size of most area supermarkets — is connected to the parking structure by two bridges from the upper level of the parking structure to the second level of the store.
