Woodfield Country Club is a prestigious, private golf and country club located in South Florida. The community consists of single-family residential pods, villas, townhomes, a 16.70-acre commercial pod, two civic pods consisting of a 2.30-acre fire station a 25-acre middle school, and a 19.30-acre recreation pod. 

WGI was hired as part of the design team for a $30 million redevelopment of the pool complex located within the recreation parcel. The project included redesigning the existing pool area to create a truly unique resort experience complete with a new lap pool, kid’s water park and playground, entry fountain feature, fire pit, outdoor entertainment venue, and tropical landscaping. The project also included the construction of a new poolside dining facility, kid’s recreation building, and pool locker room building. WGI’s landscape architecture team worked with the Club to develop the initial vision for the pool area, developed final construction drawings, and provided oversight throughout the construction of the project.
