WGI, a multiservice firm renowned for its expertise in landscape architecture, played a pivotal role in bringing this vision to fruition.
Project Background and Mission
The Villas at Creekside isn't just another housing development; it's an oasis of refined living. Envisioned to enrich everyday life with unparalleled resort-style amenities and concierge services, this project promises a unique blend of luxury and community living. The development includes a fitness courtyard with a yoga lawn, a swimming pool adjacent to the clubhouse, a modern outdoor cookout pavilion, two dog parks catering to different sizes of furry friends, and an age-inclusive playground.
WGI's Involvement
Having previously collaborated successfully with the client on a project in Texas, WGI's landscape architecture team secured the opportunity to shape the outdoor lifestyle at Villas at Creekside. Working externally with multiple disciplines, including civil engineering, architecture, and MEP, WGI was instrumental in translating design visions into tangible constructions.

Siyang Wen: As a project manager specializing in the private sector, Siyang's diverse portfolio includes country clubs, senior living facilities, city parks, commercial properties, and large-scale residential developments. Her role encompasses concept generation and construction observation. Darcy Nuffer: With over 15 years of experience, Darcy, a registered landscape architect and certified arborist, has focused extensively on sustainable design. Managing over 70 Sustainable Sites Initiative (SITES) pilot projects, she brings a unique perspective to the team.
