Eric Luttmann

Eric's experience includes architectural design, facility planning, and programming, project feasibility analysis, master site planning, project management, contract document production, and coordination, building safety and security integration, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and visualization technologies. Eric also has experience with delivering full-service construction administration from bidding and permitting through project closeout, including all post-design responsibilities during construction and through the warranty periods. Eric exhibits the attention to detail and organizational qualities necessary to make every project successful. He also understands what it takes to meet and exceed expectations during all phases of a project from the initial planning and design stages through construction administration. Eric has managed various project types of all sizes, scopes, and complexities ranging from transportation, industrial, commercial, municipal, healthcare, recreational and educational facilities.
