The property was designed by Studio M Architects and is being developed by SC Bodner Company Inc. It includes 4 studios, 165 one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom apartments, and 5 two-story penthouse suites. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a large courtyard space, and an exclusive zero-edge pool overlooking The Riverwalk.Â
WGI provided civil and MEP engineering services for the project. The first phase opened in 2019.
