Project Details

WGI provided all services for Advantis on the Harbor, a 171-unit multifamily neighborhood in the City of Palm Bay, Florida. The 9.3-acre site includes a total of eight buildings, wherein there are seventhree-story apartment buildings and one two-story clubhouse. The site is strategically located minutes from Historic Downtown Melbourne at the southwest corner of Dixie Highway Northeast and Wedgewood Drive Northeast. In addition to its proximity to Downtown Melbourne, amenities such as a dog park, fitness center, and recreation areas are provided within the community for residents to enjoy at their leisure.
