WGI worked with All Season’s Delray Beach to create a redevelopment campus to transform their site from a former nursery into a Congregate Living Facility with independent and assisted living services. This project would provide a much-needed high-quality housing option for seniors in the area. WGI’s services have included planning, environmental, and traffic engineering services. Through our partnership with All Season’s Delray Beach and close collaboration with regulatory agencies, we have created a campus redevelopment plan that identifies the most effective use of the site for congregate living, furthering the goal for enhanced amenities for Delray Beach’s elderly population. This project is currently in the permitting stage before proceeding to construction.
