Allegro at Willoughby Senior Living

The landscape at Allegro was designed to incorporate a tropical feel with a stated elegance through the use of specimen palms. The covered porte cochere includes a water feature that provides a serene setting to the building entrance with the lush landscaping creating an intimate area that visitors can use. 

The property, comprised of 9.97 acres and 191 units, is located on the northwest corner of Indian Street and Aster Lane in Stuart, Florida. WGI was responsible for obtaining site plan approval and preparing landscape plans, as well as the required environmental services. Landscape design played an important role in this project, shaping the pool area, memory care gardens, and a one-acre replanted preserve area. All of these elements were combined to create an exceptional housing choice for seniors in the area.
