The Arrive Hotel is an 83-room boutique hotel located at the corner of East 6th Street and Chicon in East Austin, Texas.
Developed by Arrive Hotels and Alexa Management, Arrive Hotel Austin features modern, clean design with an industrial twist through its integration of a 100-year-old warehouse on the site.
In addition to this unique feature, the hotel also includes two local restaurants/bars and retail space located on its first floor.
WGI served as the project’s civil engineer and provided drainage and utility design services, site development permitting, and construction administration. The project opened in Summer 2019.
