Boynton Beach Comprehensive Plan - Economic Development Element

Project Details

WGI prepared the Economic Development element for the City’s comprehensive plan, a new crucial element not previously included in the plan. Our team’s services included conducting an economic analysis that leveraged ESRI Business Analyst and CoStar data to identify business and employment trends. We also provided a real estate analysis to summarize trends for residential, office, retail, and hospitality land uses. This real estate market snapshot was used to develop the analysis and Goals, Objectives, and Policies (GOPs) for the comprehensive plan element.
