The Bridgeport center parking deck is located at 5201 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida. The deck was designed by Goleman & Taylor Architects and construction completed in 1979. The three level deck contains approximately 695 parking spaces for transient and employees of the adjacent office tower.
WGI conducted an onsite engineering review of the deck. The review consisted of chain dragging, hammer sounding and visual observations. WGI addressed ADA compliance issues, concrete repairs, and waterproofing repairs.
