Project Details

Broadway East is a master planned, mixed-use urban infill development in the historic Government Hill neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas. The 23-acre project is in the planning stages and is anticipated to include apartments, condos, single-family homes, restaurants, bars, retail, offices, parking, and green space.

Gensler is providing architectural services and dwg. is providing landscape architecture for the planned development. WGI is providing civil engineering services which include master planning, surveying, traffic engineering and analysis, and utility coordination.
