Project Details

WGI conducted an evaluation to review the condition of the concrete structure and the waterproofing systems within the underground garage and make recommendations for repair.

Repairs included:

• Concrete repairs within various structural components
• (topping slabs, structural slabs, beams, columns, curbs and walls)
• Waterproofing repairs (expansion joint replacement, sealants, Level 1 deck coating, and Basement Level epoxy overlay system)
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades
