Project Details

Cava Mezze Grill is a fast-casual restaurant with multiple central Texas locations, while based out of Washington D.C.

The 3,250 square foot restaurant prototype was developed by Cava Mezze Grill. They too now own and operate Zoe’s Kitchen’s.

The project was design by Design trait with Blair Landscape architecture providing landscape services.

WGI provided civil engineering design and permitting services on the project.
