The project involved the complete replacement of the campus HVAC system, including water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, pumps, piping, air handlers, VAV systems, selected ductwork, exhaust systems, controls, and electrical power distribution. Additionally, the project encompassed the installation of a new fire alarm system and a new intercom system.

Multiple phases were required to relocate construction activities around the campus and maintain school operations. The project achieved substantial completion over one summer, allowing the campus to be occupied while final completion work continued. WGI’s project team provided mechanical and electrical engineering services, serving as the prime consultant leading the project. The project was delivered via construction manager at risk by J.E. Dunn Construction.
