The City of Boise Capital City Development Corporation requested a limited maintenance appraisal of 5 of the City-owned parking structures. WGI was retained for on-call engineering services to perform a field survey of the City Center, Capitol Terrace, Grove Street, Eastman Street, and Boulevard Parking Structures. 

City Center Parking Garage was built in 1974 and an addition was added in 1996. The structure consists of cast-in-place concrete supported by cast-in-place walls, precast light walls, and columns. There are 6 levels – 2 levels below grade and 4 at or above grade. 

Capitol Terrace Parking Structure was built in 1984. The structure consists of a cast-in-place concrete post-tensioned one-way slab system. There are 4 supported levels and 1 slab-on-grade. 

Grove Street Parking Garage was built in 1974 and an additional was constructed in 1996. The precast structure has 5 supported levels and 1 slab-on-grade and has space for 633 vehicles. 

Eastman Street Parking Structure was built in 1974 and an additional was constructed in 1996. The precast structure has 5 supported levels and 1 slab-on-grade and has space for 633 vehicles.
