City of Charleston Parking Garage Restoration (3 Structures)

Project Details

The City of Charleston recently contracted with WGI to conduct condition evaluations of its six parking structures to plan and budget for future repairs and maintenance. 

Based on this system-wide study, the City decided to undertake significant repairs in two of the older garages, with lower-priority repairs and preventative maintenance actions scheduled for other facilities in the future. WGI designed priority structural repairs and waterproofing protection measures for Parking Structures No. 3 and 4
