Project Details

WGI initially completed a structural condition assessment of four City parking structures (City Center, Division Street, Grove Street, MAC Garage) and provided recommendations for repair options and life-cycle cost analysis. Repairs included: 

  • Concrete repairs 
  • Waterproofing 
  • Silane sealer on all supported surfaces 
  • Wet seals on windows 
  • Two full levels of steel treads and riser stairs were removed and replaced 
  • Repainting of stair towers 

In 2016, we developed design documents for the complete removal and replacement of the slab in the MAC.

  • Full-depth slab replacement (MAC Deck)
  • Waterproofing 
  • Miscellaneous concrete repairs 
  • Ongoing consulting services
