The City of Fort Collins contracted with WGI to conduct an evaluation of its two downtown parking structures. The 107,000-square-foot Old Town Parking Structure was constructed in 1985 and the 290,000-square-foot Civic Center Parking Structure was constructed in 1999. 

WGI evaluated each structure and developed evaluation reports that identified immediate and preventative repairs along with optional improvements for each structure. Later in the same year, WGI developed Construction Documents for bidding and assisted the City through the bidding and construction processes for the recommended restoration repairs identified in the evaluation reports.
