Ample parking for both vehicles and bicycles, residents can take advantage of the various amenities provided by the building, including fitness centers and sprawling courtyard, rooftop pool amenity center with spa, as well as community amenities including a walkable neighborhood, immediate access to restaurants, retail and city parks.

The project includes 107 student apartment homes, 308 parking spaces, 633 bicycle parking spaces, 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space with direct access to the pedestrian-friendly Elizabeth Street to CSU.
