WGI provided a topographic survey of the site and adjacent roadways, and a conceptual civil/site design for the City of West Palm Beach’s Fire Station No. 4. Services also included off-site roadway analysis and preliminary design concepts for the traffic safety signal on Parker Avenue. After review by the City, the Team completed a Pre-Design Analysis and Design Criteria Package (35%) in order for the City to complete the project through a future Design-Build contract.
