Project Details

WGI’s structural solutions division designed this 20-foot wide by 980-foot long pier. The pier features a platform for a restaurant on the northwest shoreline, an ADA accessibility ramp from the parking lot to the main pier and a T-head terminus. The pier was constructed using top-down construction method. The project was delivered to the City using the design-build delivery method in lieu of conventional design-bid-build delivery.
