WGI performed a review of the exterior façade of Degage Ministries Building. The visual survey was performed from the ground and the roof, and included close-up examination from an articulating man-lift. The review was primarily focused at the entablature at the 4th Floor of the building as well as the rope accent at the building corners. Design documents were developed and construction administration provided for the following temporary repairs in 2014:
• Installation of netting and steel channel support
• Removal and storage of terra cotta rope detail
• Removal of loose delaminated terra cotta
