Donna Klein Academy Jewish Federation Facilities Complex

WGI was responsible for site development, land planning and surveying for the new Donna Klein Jewish Academy, JARC Center, Adult Daycare Center and the Weinberg Assisted Living Facility. Engineering services included design of the water distribution and sewage collection systems, stormwater management system, paving and grading design, a watershed analysis for the 55-acre complex, a sewage lift station, and a four-lane limited access roadway (95th Avenue). Services also included permitting and coordination with the various governmental agencies, including South Florida Water Management District, Lake Worth Drainage District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Palm Beach County Utilities and the Palm Beach County Health Department.
