The Downtown Denver Auraria Campus is home to the Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State College of Denver and the University of Colorado at Denver, serving over 40,000 students.
During special events, the Auraria Campus provides parking for guests of the Pepsi Center. Between these entertainment venues and educational opportunities, parking on campus was limited, necessitating a need for this 819-space parking structure, which features a parking control system that monitors space availability on all floors.
