Eisenhower Boulevard Parking Deck Restoration

Project Details

The Eisenhower Boulevard Parking Deck is located at 5104 Eisenhower Blvd, Tampa, Florida. The two-level deck (one supported floor and one level of slab-on-grade) contains approximately 320 parking spaces for visitors and employees of the adjacent office tower.

WGI conducted an onsite engineering review of the deck. The review consisted of chain dragging, hammer sounding, and visual observations. WGI addressed the following repairs: overhead/soffit grease stain, sealant and expansion failures, rust-stained post-tensioned pockets.
