Elks and Regent Parking Structures Parking Garage Restoration (2 Structures)

Project Details

WGI provided a condition assessment of the Elks and Regent Parking Structures to determine their current condition and provide restoration recommendations and cost projections for repair. WGI identified key waterproofing applications that would minimize leaks and reduce structural repair costs in the future. 

The Elks Parking Structure is a cast-in-place, post-tensioned, two-way flat slab concrete structure. There are five supported parking levels and one slab-on-grade level. 

The Regent Parking Structure was built in 1974. The cast-in-place, post-tensioned structure has 9 supported parking levels and 1 slab-on-grade.
