WGI reviewed the exterior walls to identify repair needs. The visual survey was performed from the ground and the roof and included a close-up examination from an articulating man-lift. Isolated concrete delaminations were observed, as well as concrete cracking and corrosion of the steel lintels. 

Repairs included: 

• Replacement of delaminated concrete 
• Sealing of cracks 
• Repointing of deteriorated and cracked mortar joints 
• Replacement of spalled and cracked terra cotta accents 
• Replacement of steel lintels and installation of new through-wall flashing at the window heads 
• Removal and replacement of terra cotta units with new cast stone units at the window heads
